1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to k4club, Malaysia's trusted online gaming platform. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features available on the k4club platform, whether accessed via our website or mobile app.

By visiting, registering, logging in, or using any part of the k4club platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use k4club's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an individual and not a corporate entity or third-party representative.
• Not subject to any local legal prohibition regarding online gambling activities.
• Never having been voluntarily or involuntarily excluded from any recognised gaming platform.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent or intermediary on behalf of another party.

2.1 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at k4club. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as per your MyKad or passport, date of birth, mobile phone number, and active email address. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without compensation.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

K4club carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and compliance with international standards. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your MyKad (front and back) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Bank statements or screenshots of your digital wallet account for payment method verification purposes.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal limits may be restricted to ensure the security of your funds.

3 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

K4club supports a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our players. All financial transactions are conducted through fully secure and encrypted channels.

3.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the transaction. As a general guide, deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost are processed instantly. k4club does not charge any processing fees on player deposits.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the k4club platform.
• Any deposit made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned to the original source.
• K4club reserves the right to decline or hold the processing of suspicious deposits pending the outcome of an investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

K4club is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. Withdrawals for VIP members are processed within 5 to 15 minutes after the application is approved. Standard members can expect processing times faster than the industry average.

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same player's name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Players must fulfill all applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• K4club reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• In exceptional circumstances such as banking system disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

K4club offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each promotion. Players are advised to read the full terms of each bonus before accepting it.

K4club employs an advanced detection system to identify any attempts to abuse bonuses. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Systematically placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil rollover requirements.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus requirements.

If k4club suspects bonus abuse, k4club reserves the right to cancel the bonus, freeze the account, and withhold any related winnings pending the outcome of the investigation.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

5 Game Rules

All games available on the k4club platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an accredited independent auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including k4club itself.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player.
• K4club reserves the right to void or suspend any game suspected of involving fraud or manipulation.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, bots, or automated methods to influence game outcomes.
• Wagers placed in error cannot be cancelled once a game round has started.

5.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a digital receipt is issued, the applied odds are final. k4club reserves the right to void bets where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, and will either apply the correct odds or cancel the bet entirely.

6 Account Termination & Suspension

K4club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a player's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Multiple account registration.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards k4club staff.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the k4club support team via live chat. Account closure will be processed within 3 to 5 days business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements.

7 Limitation of Liability

K4club provides its online gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability or completeness of the service for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, k4club shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Internet connection failure or device issues on the player's end.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Game results disputed more than 72 hours after the fact.

8 Account Security & Privacy

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their k4club account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the k4club support team immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the k4club platform, including designs, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, software code, and databases, is the exclusive property of k4club or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Players are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any platform content without written permission from k4club.
• Using the k4club name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineering any k4club software or systems.

10 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which k4club operates and is licensed. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the k4club platform will first be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or an appropriate court in accordance with applicable law. Players acknowledge that they understand and accept that gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws where they are located.
